As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Eve has completed an additional 300 hours of learning to further her real estate knowledge. In addition, she also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation, as well as the Pricing Strategy Advisor designation.  Eve has sold properties throughout Bergen County, as well as Essex, Passaic and Middlesex Counties. She has also had multiple listings which received numerous offers and sold for over list price. Eve is repeatedly acknowledged in the monthly top producers in her office.  She credits her success in real estate to her hardworking, efficient and detail-oriented​ manner. "I do not let things slip through​ the cracks. I dedicate myself to serving my clients and it is paramount that their questions are answered quickly and to their satisfaction," she explains. Her previous work experience in the title insurance field provides her with in-depth knowledge of the buying and selling process. This understanding has proved valuable to her real estate clients.
